We're Keturah & Sergio - a spirited husband and wife duo based in California. Our paths crossed during one of the most difficult journeys of our lives - it was called PA school. Little did we know, not only would we accomplish our goals and be rewarded with our degrees, but we would graduate gaining a life partner in one another. Along the way, we discovered another passion we shared: travel. We love immersing ourselves in new cultures, tasting local cuisine, and exploring the world together — especially underwater through scuba diving. But through all of our adventures, we realized something important: the place you stay can shape your entire travel experience.
That realization inspired us to create Modern Royalty - built on the simple idea: "curating places we'd want to go". Every home we offer is closed and cared for with that philosophy in mind. Because a home is more than just a place to sleep, it should be a place where you can relax, recharge, and create meaningful memories.
